What we build

Software that fits your business — not a subscription you bend to fit.

We build and tailor tools for the everyday operations most small teams still run by hand. Every engagement is scoped honestly and starts small, so you see how we work before committing to a build.

Service 01

Replace the spreadsheet

The workbook that everyone's afraid to touch becomes a proper tool — with the right fields, permissions, and reports.

  • Inventory & stock tracking
  • Scheduling & appointments
  • Work orders & job tracking
  • Customer & client records
Service 02

Fix the ill-fitting system

Keep what works, replace what doesn't. We tailor or connect the software you already pay for so it finally matches how you operate.

  • Customize an existing tool
  • Connect tools that don't talk
  • Migrate off a bad fit
  • Automate the manual steps
Service 03

Build a custom tool

When nothing off-the-shelf fits, we build exactly what your process needs — no more, no less — and hand it over cleanly.

  • Internal dashboards & portals
  • Reporting & simple analytics
  • Process-specific apps
  • Government/agency workflows

How an engagement works

Every project follows the same disciplined path. It's how a Fortune-500 program is run — right-sized for a small business.

1

Discovery — fixed fee, low commitment

A short paid engagement to learn your process, name the real problem, and define what success looks like in writing. You leave with a clear plan whether or not you build with us.

2

Design & honest estimate

A plain-English design and a price given as a range, with every assumption on the page. No single made-up number, no fixed price on undefined scope.

3

Build & test

We build to written acceptance criteria and test against them — system testing, then your own acceptance testing — so "done" is something you agreed to.

4

Launch, hypercare & warranty

We prepare the release and support you closely for two weeks after go-live, then stand behind defects under warranty. You always press the final button on your own system.

Who we serve

Small businesses running on manual processes or clunky spreadsheets — salons, restaurants, independent retailers, and service businesses with a problem they can describe in a sentence.

Government agencies — local, state, and federal — with IT, consulting, or software needs, including opportunities set aside for veteran-owned small businesses.

What we don't do

We say no honestly, because the wrong fit helps no one:

— We don't do staff augmentation ("send us a developer"). We deliver outcomes, not seats.

— We don't quote a fixed price on undefined scope. Discovery comes first, on principle.

— We don't take work that touches regulated data (health, export-controlled) without the proper agreements verified first.

Not sure which one you need?

That's what discovery is for. Tell us the problem in plain English and we'll help you figure out the smallest first step.
